Laura Ashley Brand

I have Laura Ashley stock dating back to 2016, i see recently that the brand has been relaunched, am i correct in saying that the shareholders of the original Laura Ashley still own the brand ?

    I'd say that's a big, 'no.' I don't have time to look into it more but it collapsed into administration (a couple of times?). Usually shareholders are wiped out. 

    How do you own them? If certificated you can call the registrar for confirmation.

    No, the brand was sold when it was in administration. The company is still in the process of being liquidated and the last report from PWC showed only unsecured creditors are outstanding and there is circa £5m in the kitty to repay them but no estimate yet what the unsecured creditors claims are.
