My questions are:
1- Do you recommned such a unit MSZ-HR R32?
2- are the prices reasonable?
3- What does (No wall mounted) mean? I am a bit confused. Does it mean the outdoor unit?
4- Does each indoor unit in the bedrooms need a seperate outdoor unit?
Thanks

I know nothing about fitting aircon but I have 3 units fitted in my house.
The quote is pretty rubbish. They look like a basic cheap unit. The quote gives you no information of what Kw units they are fitting. No mention of how many external units they are fitting. Are they multi split units? No wall mounting means Number of wall mounted1 -
Yes, a bit confusing. Looks like it's three single splits each with an outdoor and indoor unit.
Multi split may be a better option. I have Toshiba A/C with a single 7.5kw inverter and three indoor units.

Get at least two more quotes.
Don't forget you'll need Planning Permission.
Edit: The "No" is an abbreviation for number,1 -
They have also attached a sheet which, for me, is more confusing. I will attach the two pages.john.h said:I know nothing about fitting aircon but I have 3 units fitted in my house.

Do it mean that there are more than one option for outdoor and indoor unit with the same installtion cost?0 -
This was through Costco when I picked up one of the flayers, but the quote was sent from http://www.selectairservices.co.uk without mentioning any Costco members discounts.Rodders53 said:Get at least two more quotes.

The outdoor unit will probably be intalled in the back garden. Are you sure that it requires planning permission? If so, is it the council whom I need to contact?0 -
It says they are for commercial use, I don’t know what the difference is. Noisy, ugly units maybe? . I would be looking for a local company that fit home air con if it was me.I never got planning permission for mine. One unit has been in for seven years with no problems. These are the ones I have

I also decided to stay away from white indoor units, they always seem to turn yellow.
This is the other type I considered which are not just a white ugly box stuck on your wall. You can choose the colour of the fabric on the front
