OK savermseman  With your work discount your pretty much getting the best price anyway as starting price on Jet2 is £4072 plus £50 for the seats - my price is almost £250 less 
Id be about £20 cheaper than your discounted price so £3875 with seats 
All booked with Jet2holidays so like for like inc £60pp deposit etc 
Quote valid only if Jet2 price doesn't go up as its such low profit
