Weed identification help

Hello all,
Don't know if this is the right forum but here goes anyway.
We moved into our new flat last November which had a new lawn laid. This month, some weeds have sprung up in the grass and are covering a lot of it. Google hasn't really identified it and worried it might be Japanese Knotweed. Google pics don't look exactly the same. Does anyone have any idea what this could be, fairly worried about this!

Relax, it's not knotweed.
It's either Coltsfoot or Butterbur. A nuisance but not a mortgage deal breaker!Politicians Please Note: The fact there’s a Stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell should tell you who’s expecting more traffic.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
As above, plus, once you get mowing it will not be a problem. When an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0
