Old Asda ShareSave

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me.
I used to work for Asda and in 2014 I joined the Sharesave scheme.
I had completely forgotten about it until I was sorting through a box of old paperwork and came across a statement.
Right now, the money would be incredibly useful but, despite having called the number on the certificate, which was for Computershare Plan Managers in Bristol, and another free phone number for a company in the US, nobody seems to have any record or suggestion of who would be able to help.
Does anyone here have any idea of where to turn next please?
Thanks in advance. Teresa

Do you know the terms of the scheme? They usually run for a period of time and then you have the option to buy/sell shares - for Asda at the time presumably in Walmart - or sell them and have the money. Are you certain you didn't sell them? Or let it lapse? Can you check bank statements in c.2017 if it was a three year scheme? If not, you could try contacting Computershare Inc in the US (perhaps this is who you spoke to?) to ask it's aware of you or try again with Computershare UK.clackerqueen said:Hi. Google throws up this example of the Asda sharesave scheme from 2017:

When did you leave Asda? These plans normally terminate if you leave before the maturity date. Your contributions may have been refunded possibly as part of your final pay packet.clackerqueen said:Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me.

Sorry for the delay. I left in January 2017, so you're probably right. Thank you for answering.0
