Experian credit score

Hi, I’ve recently signed up for a free trial credit score with Experian but I’m struggling to contact them as cannot log into my account and therefore cannot cancel the trial before they start charging me.
I haven’t even been able to access the credit score on the account even after receiving a letter from them with the passkey. They won’t accept phone calls unless you are already a member. The online chat constantly says ‘agent offline’ and when I put in my email and date of birth it’s not recognised. Have no idea how to contact them after searching through their website. Any help appreciated.

There used to be an Experian rep on here @Experian_company_representative though no idea if they still respond?
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
