Cost of living payments

Could someone please tell me the cost of living payment of £150 paid in June last year, was that per pensioner or per household.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

The only £150 payment I can think of was for people claiming disability benefits regardless of age, so that was per claimant (of DLA/AA/PIP/any other qualifying disability benefit).
The pensioner cost of living payments were bundled in with Winter Fuel Payments and did depend on the household situation - but those were paid in winter, definitely not June.1 -
