Smile Direct

Has anyone been successful with their claim for smile direct through their credit card?
The back story is that we paid in full just before and receive the aligners the day before they went under. They don’t fit at all so are of no use and no way of getting them sorted. The credit card company are asking us to provide professional proof that they don’t fit? We’ve called multiple dentists and they won’t put their name to anything associated with SD understandably. I’m at a loss as to how we can prove this and if this is actually a necessity to get the refund?
