They had three draws, so it's likely you've won in the second draw. They do email you but I didn't find mine until after I'd received the pan. Search your emails for bonnemaman@uponcloudnine.co.uk with the subject Bonne Maman: Heart-Shaped Pan and you should find it

The Bonne Maman competition is in three parts. The first part closed on 14th February winners have been notified. The second part closed on 8th March I am not sure if winners have been notified about this I haven't seen any, The last draw closes on 22nd April so that one is still open.1
