Inpost/Boohoo Refund

Hi all,

A couple of weeks back I returned something to Boohoo using Inpost lockers.

For some reason I did not receive a confirmation email when I dropped it off, and the tracking still says that I haven't posted it.

I've contacted Inpost who said that they can only investigate if the retailer makes a claim, so I've contacted Boohoo who say that I need to make a claim with Inpost, so I'm going round in circles!

Where do I stand here? I generated the returns label on Boohoo's website if that makes a difference.

    Thanks. I’d assume they are paying as I haven’t paid anything to Boohoo, I generated the returns label on their portal.
