Hi! has anyone had experience making a motor claim from a company called "One Insurance", based in Gibraltar? They have an FCA number, but they do not respond to any third party claims.
ERS, my insurer have a claim against them & currently have solicitors dealing with their loss & my excess.

They have a sister company in Doncaster that deal with claims for them... not really sure what your question is though.0
