RBS - Closed my account and held funds during switching - Help!

So like many other people I saw the RBS/Natwest £200 switch offer last week and decided to have a go as ive never done a switch before.
I opened a RBS account on the Tuesday and passed all the credit checks etc inc the 3rd party Hooyou one. All was good and had various SMS and Email over the next few days saying my account was opened and here are your details etc.
On the thursday I had access to the RBS app and my account was all setup and I was just waiting on my cards etc. They had confirmed my old Lloyds account was being closed and everything was being switched over.
As this would be my main account I then paid in £1300 to the account to cover my bills etc and I could see it sitting in my new account.
About 1 hour after I done this I then receive an SMS from RBS stating they no longer want to do business with me and they have closed my account after a review??
Ive only ever had a natwest account in the past and I closed it as it wasnt getting used and that was 6 years ago so have no idea what the issue is.
The big problem is now they have my money and my bills come out this week.
Nobody will speak to me properly via chat/email or the local natwest branch.
I did manage to speak to a semi helpful person at the local natwest who filled some forms in and took id etc but they claim it will take 60 days to get my cash back??
Anyone else had this and how did it turn out?
Im just very stressed as im a carer for my very ill wife and I dont know what to do next.
