Been claiming carers ,I work 2 days a week and slightly gone over weekly allowance 139 a week can anyone tell me if you contribute to personal pension does that bring your weekly wage back down under the threshold hold

Potentially yes. You can offset 50% of your pension contributions
https://www.gov.uk/carers-allowance
It's also possible that the £139 figure will rise in April
