Virgin media - customise package

Existing virgin media customer 20 years plus. Renewal time, prices are up and deals are in search for. Using my user account to change my package which I can customise, which I have has caused so much frustration with dealing with customer services who will not accept that there is an error which is in my favour. Basically I am selected for M125 broadband = £15 if I opt for a o2 sim for £10 the information on the screen in writing in several places says I will get an upgrade to 1gig broadband total cost for of £25. (No phone and no tv) I’m thinking amazing deal. However reach the basket page to confirm purchase to be let down that I only upgraded to m250 broadband. Which to me is false advertising. I have spoken to the retention team and still no movement I have even screen grabbed all the details presented to me. Has any one else noticed this error and contested it ? Apparently this is a £40 bundle, but I should get it for £25. Personally this is a mistake on virgin media’s part, but they should honour with a reoccurring discount to fix what is their false advertising. HELP what should or can I do?

Is it actually a mistake? Your numbers and grammar make it ambiguous.1 -
Yeah sorry about the grammar! So spoken to someone in the uk, they have asked to send the screen grabs of the problem to a team to look at this in detail . So glad I took screen grabs, since the weekend , I have a feeling the problem might/could be fixed??? I have defo uncovered an issue. Let’s see what happens next.0
