Gemini is Googles AI, but it's probably some kind of scam.

I’ve also received a WhatsApp message from Gemini discussion group the same as Pipcas. I’m also sure it’s a scam because they’re saying your investment can gain 300%. Seeing that it’s unsolicited I’m sure it should be avoided. I will be deleting their message.

Definitely a scam. The mobile number that added me to the community was from Togo, Africa. If you want to get out of this group, you have to remove yourself from that community group, so its not 100% straightforward how to block/remove.

Just got added to a group that was renamed as gemini discussion group with a bunch of numbers too. They obviously got a bunch of phone numbers from somewhere. Looked it up, saw this and moved myself from the chat and then the group too as it didn't disappear. Be vigilant folks, don't click any links!

Yes I think you can be 100% sure its a scam with a claim like that ! Makes you wonder how anybody can fall for such an outlandish claim.

If you're randimly added to a whatsapp group you dont need to read it to know its a scam.

I’ve had 84 messages in 24 hours and can’t delete the group. Arrgh!!

It's not your group so you can't delete it. Have you tried to exit it?

I have also been added to this community without my consent. I have tried exiting the community but it doesn't allow it. Has anyone successfully exited it? Currently I have archived it. Any thoughts?
