Help - create a peraonal art cartoon picture for a t-shirt

Really not sure where to put this thread so hoping this is right.

i have an idea for a friends significant birthday.
to create a personal cartoon portrait personal to the person of things that relate to him in a cartoon style,
that would go on any shirt  
Almost like cutting load of stickers and making a portrait 
Where would one start or is there any simple sites/programmes/apps to do this. I don’t know how to use photo shop. Some experience with Canva 

Not sure if I’ve explained the well but if anyone understands that’s and can advise would be much appreciated

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I might approach it like this...

You could pay somebody on Fiverr to create the cartoons (maybe from photos), and send you the jpg or png file.

For example, like this:



You could search on Fiverr for things like 'caricature' or 'cartoon'
https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=caricature
https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=cartoon


Then pay somebody on Etsy to print the jpg or png file onto a t shirt. 

For example, like this:



You could search on Etsy for something like 'personalised photo t shirt'
https://www.etsy.com/uk/search?q=personalised+photo+t+shirt

(But obviously, you need to be careful in choosing the people you use. There are some good people, and some bad people.)
