Saturday Night Takeaway Competition – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: TUI is a trading name of TUI UK Limited (the “Promoter”), a member of TUI Group. Registered office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England No: 2830117.
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. How to Enter: Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to visit tui.co.uk/saturdaynighttakeaway/competition, answer the given question correctly and provide your name, surname, phone number and email address to the Promoter by completing the online form. Only one entry is allowed per person. No purchase is necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice.
5. Dates: The competition commences 25th February 2024 and closes on 13th April 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 13th April 2024.
6. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7. Prize:

   The winner can choose either

   a package beach holiday consisting of 7 (seven) nights’ stay for up to 4 (four) people in an all-inclusive 4 (four) or 5 (five) star accommodation in a single hotel room
   OR
   a Marella cruise consisting of a 7 (seven) nights’ all-inclusive stay for a minimum of 2 (two) people and maximum of 4 (four) people in an standard outside cabin

   Each Package will also include:

   • a multiple destination choice from the options set out in Annex 1;
   • economy return flights to be taken by a Recipient and their Guest(s) from the UK and Ireland airports/ports set out at Annex 2 (please note that not all UK and Ireland airports listed in Annex 2 will serve all the destination choices)
   • 1 (one) excursion from an agreed selection provided by TUI for a TUI package beach Holiday or a maximum of £55 (fifty-five pounds) per person contribution from Marella towards an agreed selection of cruise excursions for a Marella Holiday. Not all Supplier excursions will be included in the selection. A dedicated travel adviser will be able to advise the winner which excursions are included. The excursion is only available to the Recipient of the Prize and a maximum of 3 (three) of their Guests. Usual excursion terms and conditions apply. For the avoidance of doubt, for a TUI package beach Holiday only the Recipient shall be entitled to one Prize. Guests are not entitled to a separate excursion for a TUI Holiday
   • ground transfers at the destination

   The winner will be contacted by a dedicated team of Supplier advisors. The Prize can only be booked through this team who will guide the winner through the process.

   • All Marella Holidays include flights from UK/Ireland airports only. There are no Cruise sailings from the UK.
   • The winner and any guests must take up the prize between the dates of 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2025 for a TUI Holiday and 1 April 2024 and 31 October 2025 for a Marella Holiday.
   • Not all destination choices set out in Annex 2 will be served by every UK and Ireland airport listed in Annex 2 and the winner must acknowledge that a preferred departure airport may not serve the destination chosen and there may be a need to select another one of the departure airports listed in Annex 2 in order to travel to the destination chosen as the Prize.
   • The accommodation for the winner and any guests will consist of 1 (one) standard room dependent on availability for chosen date. Most hotel and cruise ship rooms/cabins are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Should the winner wish to bring 2 or more adults or select a hotel that does not accommodate the chosen guests in 1 (one) room, the winner understands and agrees that this may limit the destination and hotel options available to them and they are responsible for any costs of any additional guests.
   • Infants under the age of 6 (six) months are not permitted to travel on a Cruise.
   • Any upgrades to the Prize are subject to additional costs payable in full by the winner.
   • All flights for the Prize will be with TUI Airways Limited.
   • For any Package the blackout dates for travel will be between:
   • 23 December 2024 and 2 January 2025; and
   • For the Cruises, please refer to Annex 1 which provides specific itineraries and dates for travel.
   • All Prizes must be booked by 30 April 2025.
   • The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
   • There is no cash alternative to this Prize and there is no alternative prize if the Recipient and/or their Guest(s) is/are unable to travel for any reason.
   • It is the responsibility of the winner and where applicable, their guests to:
   • organise visas for each member of the travelling party if necessary;
   • ensure that all members of the party hold a current and valid passport and have relevant entry documents and/or visa; and
   • ensure that the travelling party has valid travel insurance, including without limitation covering overseas medical costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to identify any special requirements due to disabilities for example wheelchair access or any persons with reduced mobility travelling with the winner and/or their guest/s when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
   • Upon booking the Prize the winner and any guests will be bound by and subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Supplier, which includes, without limitation, https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/booking-terms-and-conditions and the Supplier’s Airways Conditions of Carriage:

   • The Prize shall be subject to availability.
8. Selection of winners: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
9. Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
10. Winner details: Details of the winner, name and country of residence, will be obtainable by writing to (TUI address), enclosing a self addressed envelope. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. ITV Broadcasting Limited is not responsible for the administration of the Competition.
