Why would you remove the 100% winning section?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad I suggested leaving out "No NTK has been received to date" because an NTD was given, and currently the OP is not even at the 28 day point where the PPC can request keeper data from the DVLA. The OP will have to submit their PoPLA appeal well before day 56, because they appealed the PCN straight away instead of waiting. This will give the PPC enough time to send a NTK before the PoFA deadline.Coupon-mad said:Which is the one that wins. Why?
My concern is that mentioning the lack of NTK will cause the PPC to realise they haven't sent one, giving them time to remedy their error.
Of course, if you think the OP should include mention of it, or at least state no PoFA compliant NTK has been received rather than, no NTK, then I would always bow to your expertise.

Yes - I definitely think use it!
It is a shame that the OP rushed the appeal. This is exactly why the NEWBIES thread says wait till day 26 before appealing a windscreen PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
