I just purchased a replacement Railcard online and having gone through all the right steps, when I downloaded it had a blank space where the photo should be and I need it for travel in 2 days time. I was able to speak them - a real person, not a chatbot - and email my photo through, they added it and it was sorted out in about 10 minutes. No long wait times and friendly helpful service.
