Vanguard Platform Issue

I have been having problems with Vanguard since November. My regular payments have been stopped and I have been unable to transfer money in (approximately £5k). Vanguard finally made contact on Wednesday that there was an issue specific to my account that they're working on resolving. They have advised that they wish to pay redress and have asked me for "an appropriate expectation". I've no ideas, what should I say?

    Losses incurred, missing gains if the money had been invested (quite likely in the last 4 months) plus
    £100 for time and trouble with such a long standing complaint plus
    Double it
    Wait for their counter offer, don't forget that you may have put more cash in if not for the issues
