INPOST DELIVERY FAIL

Can anyone help please... On 9/1/24, I entrusted InPost with a parcel containing a pair of jeans I had sold on Vinted ,valuing £75. Unfortunately, although clearly labelled with a printed label provided by Vinted the parcel was still delivered to the wrong address by an Inpost courier! Therefore the jeans are now gone and I have lost £75
Inpost are telling me Vinted are responsible (?) even though it was InPost's mistake and Vinted are telling me InPost haven't got back to them.
I have now found the email address of the CEO of InPost but wanted to know am I protected under the consumer act?
Any advice would be very welcome. Thanks

Did you take out the insurance to cover the value of the items? What other protection are you expecting as you are the seller, not buyer?
Was the address on the label correct and InPost delivered to the wrong address, or was the address on the label wrong and InPost delivered to the address on the label?0 -

I agree with Inpost that Vinted are responsible. The item was sent using their label so the contract appears to be between Vinted and Inpost. You have no consumer rights with Inpost because you don't have a contract with them.0 -

Have Vinted refunded your buyer OP?
@soolin might have some knowledge on what happens with Vinted in such situationsIn the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Vinted provide the postage labels so your contract is with vinted. You wouldn’t have any claim with InPost. As I understand it, Vinted don’t pay the seller until the buyer confirms they have taken receipt so the OP won’t receive the funds.0

I’m confused because the label was correct but the InPost courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address. This is why I think the fault lies with InPost?0
