• To be entered into the competition, you must fill out the above form by Thursday 7th March at 23:59pm.
• Prizes include: Experience Day for two, Clarins Nourishing Hand and Foot Treatment for one person, Clarins product bundle (Clarins Double Serum, Clarins Double Eye Serum, Clarins Cyro-mask)
• Open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 16 or over, except employees of Ragdale Hall Spa and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferrable.
• If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraudulent activity, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the draw, and invalidate any affected entries.
• The Experience Day spa package  is valid for six months from the date of issue. An official winners letter will be sent in first class post with details on how to book and claim prize.
• The winner will be announced across all social media channels Facebook and Instagram on Friday 8th March 2024. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the form.
• The winner will have 5 working days from the date of initial contact to respond confirming compliance with these terms and eligibility to win their prize. If a winner does not respond with appropriate confirmations within the specified time frame that winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be offered to a reserve winner selected in the prize draw. Any reserve winner may have less time to respond to the initial notification. Prizes will be dispatched by Royal Mail within five working days of confirmation from the winner.
