Anyone recognise this tap stop valve??
I need to replace the inserts, looked to turn off the valves and see these weird things?
There's about 6 simple blue/red taps under the sink for dishwasher outside tap etc but fit since reason the actual sink taps have these??
Do I turn off the butterflies or the square nut?

The sticky-out flat side (for spanner) with screwdriver slot in top will open/close the ball valve.
The other slotted cover plate accesses a flow regulator cartridge that may, or may not, be fitted.
