The lucky listener will win dance booth tickets, including travel and overnight stay in a hotel, as well as access to a pre-concert event with some of your favourite Magic DJs to really get their night off to a great start!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “ABBA VOYAGE x Magic Radio” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition- terms.htm which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

There will be 1 winner of the “Abba Voyage” competition on Magic Radio and 4 winners of the runner up prize.  Entrants must enter with their name, email address and number on the Magic Radio competition page on https://planetradio.co.uk/magic/competitions/  Entrants will be asked to answer a multiple choice question via the competition page, whereby one (1) entrant with the correct answer will be chosen at random and chosen as the winner of the main prize and four (4) winners will be granted the runners up prize.   Entries can be submitted between 13:01 on Thursday 22nd February 2024 until 12:59 on Sunday 24th March 2024 (the competition entry period) Entries with the correct answer will be chosen at random short-listed throughout the competition entry period.

 

2.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS	Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: Online at: https://planetradio.co.uk/magic/competitions/ Online entry is free of charge.
3. DATES	The overall competition dates are: Thursday 22nd February 2024 at 13:01 (Start time) to Sunday 24th March 2024 at 12:59. (End time)  Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement: The winner’s first name and hometown are available on request by emailing win@bauermedia.co.uk However, if the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. One entry per person. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. Travel and accommodation included for an overnight stay after the performance organised by Element LTD [W(1] [LS2] [W(3]   2 nights luxury hotel accommodation (4*) in Stratford.  (4) Winners of the runner up prize will receive the following prize: (The “Prize”): 2 x Tickets Abba Voyage performance on the 6th of April at the ABBA Arena.

 

* Bauer is not liable for the cancellation of the Abba Voyage performance on April 6th, despite ticket winners. Unforeseen circumstances may lead to event cancellations, and the company is not responsible for associated costs. Ticket winners acknowledge these conditions and understand that Bauer is not accountable for circumstances beyond its control. All prizes will be issued within 28 days of the winner being notified. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.

 

1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
2. Entrants may not enter more than once.
3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
4. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
5. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
6. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
