We don't need to see it.
As I suggested, search the forum and find it already rebutted, because it's a template everyone gets.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay thank you, what search terms would you recommend I search for?

Can I serve my WS and evidence by email to them? or does it have to be by post? they posted theirs...

So I posted to the other party yesterday before you replied but the printer stopped printing when I started to print for the Court
since I can email everything to the Court, is it okay if I posted everything to BW Legal (but did not email them) and I email the file to the Court (but do not post it as well)?
Or is there a rule that I need to use the same way of serving the document to the Court and the other party?

Why are you printing anything? Simply attach a PDF of whatever you need to send to a single email and address it to both parties and CC in yourself. Trees must shudder with fear when in proximity to you.
It doesn't matter if one party gets the mortal remains of a tree and then other receives electrons. Stop worrying... except maybe about the environment.2 -
Oh I thought I had to provide the documents in the same way the other party did...
Thanks didn't want to harm the poor trees for nothing1 -
Just bear in mind that some courts have size limits or page limits, typically say 50 pages
If it goes over their limits, print it out and hand deliver to the local court, email should be ok to the legal company1
