Vinted and Yodel

how do we feel about the unfair relationship vinted and yodel now have they bought into yodel as they have now blocked 2 damaged in transit claims and yodel send me to vinted to claim and vinted woont do it said it is my packaging which i can clearly see was bashed about, ive reported this as they cannot tell me if i can claim or not off yodel surely it is not their choice and they are using a power of ownership to exploit this?

I did not think Vinted had any stakeholding in Yodel - there is another running thread about the new owners and operators of Yodel if interested. However, Vinted have negotiated low rates with Yodel, when we use Yodel with Vined the costs are lower than if we bought direct, so there will be different rule sin place about claiming.
