Letter from QDR Solicitors

I have this letter from QDR Solicitors , originally this was a parking fine from EURO CAR PARKS , Location was in a Retail park. I tried to see if it is something similar on the Newbies thread but cannot find anything related. Should I pay this or is anything I can do in 6 days ?

Debt begging letter - 14 day deadline confirms this. The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, explains all about this stage. ZZPS are debt collectors. They cannot instruct solicitors to sue you over a debt that's not proven. Only ECP can do that.It may be that ECP will instruct QDR and you would then receive a Letter Of/Before Claim giving you 30 days to respond (or if that stage is missed, a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC). The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, explains what to do in the event of receiving either. Come back on this thread if you do.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You WANT a court claim exactly like the other QDR Euro ones we've seen in January - all happily defended and dead easy.
