Thankyou for all your help and advice we have contacted the estate agent so will see what they think

Not the right people to ask, the estate agent just wants their commission.  And they are not qualified to comment on asbestos.

Your surveyor is the one to refer to.  And in this case I would advise an asbestos survey also.

lol of course I know this brought and sold many properties - we have told the estate agent what we would like and await their reply from the vendor via the EA
if it’s a no then we will wait we aren’t in a hurry and won’t buy it if there’s no reduction

it’s a buyers market so we can wait

From what I have read the market has picked up/been busy in many regions of the UK, so maybe only still a buyers market in some areas?

moving house with Charlie on YouTube or X
it certainly isnt good fit most areas
we are in a recession & cost of living is sky high - fixed deals mortgages have ended for millions
Anyone who scrambled to buy 2020-2022 over paid as CV madness

housing markets dropped but media are hiding it as people then panic as negative equity

businesses are closing in the droves = job lossses

we are cash buyers we can wait nothing to sell and can move asap we are in a good position
no chain no mortgages all our checks done with conveyancer
