mbna credit card - payments keep being blocked

Hi - I've had several different credit cards and I think this is the first time I've had this issue - a few times this week when I've tried to make a payment it gets blocked and I get a text saying 'was that you'. Is mbna particularly risk-averse? Or is it just that the card is fairly new and they'll eventually calm down?

Double check the address on MDNA is in exactly the same format as at retailers.
As that is often a issue causing checks.Life in the slow lane1
