Will co- Executor is a dormant company

Hi, my husband is named as an Executor in his dad’s Will. His only co-Executor is a Limited Executor Company that is said to be “dormant” or “closed” on various sites. Is that sufficient for him to be able to continue as Sole Executor? Many thanks, Debbie
