Buy a Mobile from currys.co.uk but cant buy currys mobile phone insurance

I bought a new mobile online from currys and then collected in store two days later.
I phoned up to get currys mobile insurance, but was told I cant have currys mobile phone insurance because I bought it from currys.co.uk and not carphone warehouse. ?
I am lost, see what this lady says about getting easy currys mobile tech insurance
