Plenty of mentions on here in other threads, not that it matters , no need to ask, just put the following into the search box

    Moorside Legal

Follow the previous advice, see if its an actual Letter of Claim, or just another debt collectors letter

You have seen it, we haven't , if it's like the one below, its a debt collector letter, especially because Gladstone's haven't sent it

    Hi guys,
So Moorside Legal has just responded to my response to their letter of Claim quoting the Oxford dictionary definition of parking and from this stating that stopping a car for a few seconds on the road and even with the driver still in the car and the engine still running is parking as per the definition and therefore the charge would apply....

Search for and read a judgment in Jopson v Homeguard where a judge talks about parking versus leaving a vehicle for a short duration and also refers to Oxford English Dictionary. 9GF0A9E

They would say that. Surely you expected that? Await the court claim form. No risk as long as you follow our advice. Read the NEWBIES thread.
