Transfer US SAYE shares to ISA

Hi all, I’ve been looking around for an answer to this without much luck, so thought someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.

Later this year my works share save matures. My company is listed in the US.
With the reduction to the CGT threshold in April, I was looking at how I can minimise exposure to CGT. It seems I may be able to transfer the shares (rather than selling them, transferring the cash and then re buying) into an ISA within 90 days of maturity to avoid any gains being taken into account - is that right?

And if it is right, does it cover US shares?

I currently have my S&S ISA with iWeb but I couldn’t see a facility on their website to do this, although at this stage I haven’t asked them directly. Presuming iWeb don’t offer this facility (especially for US listed shares) then also interested to hear of any platforms that might.

Thanks in advance.
