Saffron Monthly Members Saver

Posting this to help/alert people of issue.
Yesterday got my email with maturity options for this account which matures in early March. The pack states you can complete maturity instructions online if you have Internet access to account. Attempted to do this and unable to find this option online. Rang number given in the pack and discovered that option is  not working but CS lady was able to take instructions over the phone. Obviously their website not been updated to allow this.

    I had the same e-mail about my Small Saver.  No chance for completing instructions online. I rang them and CS lady got it done for me. When I said that it's impossible to get it done online, she laughed - she probably had a lot of calls regarding the same issue.
