British gas Fixed tariff
I'm on a British Gas fixed tariff. According to the terms if I see a cheaper BG tariff I can change to it for free. If I leave for another tariff else where I pay £75 gas/ £75 elec.
Since 22 January I have been trying to change my tariff with BG. The tariffs have constantly been updated and the latest tariff is the Price Promise. I have tried to change the tariff myself numerous times as have BG staff during my many online chats and phone calls. I have also been told a few times that it has been changed and I will receive an email confirming this when surprise, surprise no email and no change in tariff!
Has anyone else had this problem???
