The invisibility issue.

I've just spent an inordinately period of time applying for the Leeds latest 5% savings account in joint names. Eventually they decide that they can't find my wife electronically. Even though she has an ISA with them. They now want me to take ID documents to the post office to have them accredited, pay the fee and post them off to them. A few weeks ago I had the same issue with Hampshire Trust. They couldn't find me, but I was able to photograph ID documents and email them Anybody else come across this. Why are we disappearing.? I've lived at the same address for 30 years with a 20 year old current account. Thanks.

Is your 20 year old current account reported to the credit reference agencies? Any more recent credit accounts opened?
