As this the vendors have little/no knowledge of the property, caution should be exercises towards anything they claim via their solicitor, sometimes this is done on form TA6. I found this form to be a complete work of fiction! This includes statements about ownership of the PV panels.0

Thanks all, the sellers solicitor updated the TA10 and provided a letter headed declaration that the solar panels are being sold with the property and owned outright1
