Looking to book a hotel room 1 adult and 1 child (12)

Found 1

Did 1 aduilt and 1 child = £149

Changed it to 2 adults  = £77

The room changed from family room to a standard room.

Is it ok to book as 2 adults instead?  I am happy on the floor, child can have bed.

Maybe see if you can find a twin room (sleeping on the floor sounds very uncomfortable!)

Are you trying to book via a third party?  I would phone the hotel to get what you want and book directly if you can.

Vast majority of hotels won't care if they are not asked to supply anything extra (as in another duvet for example).
