John Lewis partnership credit card with HSBC

Its not meant to be hard yet it appears so. Had a card with JL around 2016 which appears was in conjunction with HSBC, Im needing to make a claim but the numbers Ive been given are for the wrong departments, numbers ive been given are 03301233396 and 03301759829. I dont have the card ( card not been used since 2022 so its been closed/ deactivated) nor a statement, anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

    Your agreement was with John Lewis Financial Services (a trading name of HSBC). JLFS closed all their credit cards in October 2022 and subsequently was rolled up in to HSBC.

    What claim are you hoping to make? Lenders often delete data after 6 years of you not being a customer and the 3/6 year time bar laws may apply in certain circumstances
