PCN request rescind by land owner

Hi, newbie and guilty of charging ahead without doing research so all the information is excellent but somewhat too late.
Received PCN through the post £100 reduced to £50 yadda yadda…. Followed swiftly by another letter saying 16 days is up (actually 5 days elapsed) saying you owe £100 as time is up! Not very nice and quite clearly there to intimidate.
Appealed via website as they’re part of BRA and that as has been stated falls on deaf eyes so has been rejected.obvs I’m implicated myself so fast forward.
A little back ground. This happened in a work car park which is shared space as the landlord has an empty property with empty spaces. So as the principal tenant employees have legitimacy to be there but not in some spaces. The signage is somewhat ambiguous but the spaces used to be coned off. The buildings sit within the Gloucester Business Park. It seems that since the green light for the parking enforcers (NSGL) the cones had been removed … bit of a coincidence.
The park is run by GBP property management who are the ones instructing NSGL.
I’ve since been in touch with the land owner and they were not aware or had instructed the property management firm to implement this totalitarianism. They have requested the property management company to rescind the PCN but they are not playing ball.
What if this goes to court, can I use the email as evident that the parking firm has no authorisation to issue a PCN?
what are my options now? I have requested to the land lord to insist the PCN is cancelled but I might be skating on thin ice.
Thank you in advance.

Update - apparently the car parking spaces are not owned by the landlord and therefore have no influence over the parking charge notice. Looks like I might have to pay like the other poor would caught up in this nasty environment.1

Just ignore it. Tell NSGL if you move house. Come back if a claim form arrives.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
