My wife has now received a separate claim from 'DCB Legal' for overstaying in a car park.
Is it the same process to follow as parking eye, or does it differ per company?0 -

As for the DCB Legal one, the up to date advice is in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, plus the defence template thread by coupon mad
I suggest that you start a new thread with the details, Claimant, issue date, plus a picture of the POC ONLY on the left of the form , covering up the VRM details first2
