I thought it sounded too good to be true - but of course, they have to catch up with him first. A calculated risk I reckon, one I contemplate making each 1st October when my TV licence comes up for renewal0

If you don't watch or record live TV as it's broadcast or use BBC iPlayer, then cancel. I've been licence free since 2016.

Over 2 years licence free and no renewal or any letters since notifying them I do not require a licence.
(probably jinx myself now and get the weekly letters)?
I notified them once so I see no need to repeat it every 2 years, I don't need to do that since cancelling Prime.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I think that this July I'll not bother.I'm feeling quite left out by not receiving any threatening letters or so-called "enforcement" visits from them.0 -
Never completed the no licence needed form. Went to do it, and read something along the lines of 'by submitting this form you agree we may come and visit and check etc etc'I just enjoy the letters they send out!0
