Does anyone have any experience of getting resolution from B&Q customer services? They took months to answer my emailand only told me to complete a form whoch wasnt relevant and havent answered any questions since. Every time I contact them now, they just say someone will get back to me in 72 hours and they dont.
The issue is that twopieces of my bathroom furniture were missold, which has left me out of pocket.

What does "missold" mean here please? It's a word which originated in the regulated sectors (like the sale of PPI) but now seems to get thrown around all over the place - there isn't some general "misselling" legal principle.0

Hello OP
Have a Google for "ceo email" and search that site for B&Q, the email address there should be picked up by a higher level of customer service which is what you need as it sounds as if the issue is off the usual script
