Opened a 2nd Nationwide Current Account, need to register it for internet banking?

Just opened another current account (Flexaccount) with Nationwide to use as a donor for the NatWest £200 switch offer. It's the first time I've opened another current account with the same bank. Do I need to register that specific account for internet banking, or should it automatically appear next to my original account in the app in a few days time?
Thanks.

It should show up automatically, probably within minutes rather than days.

I did this with Nationwide last month, for the TSB switch. It took a day or so to show up but it was automatic, just slow!

  • No need to register it. It will appear automatically in a couple of days.
I opened another account with them as an executor account a few years back and I think it took 2-3 days before it appeared on my normal login page.

Nationwide are very old fashioned and it takes days for things to happen with them. It should show up eventually without you doing anything. I opened an account with them for switching and that took two days I think, it's been instant with every other bank I've ever used.
