First Direct - £15 e-gift card for 15 transactions. 16th Feb 24 to 7th Mar 24.

I did a switch to First Direct last month and received this e-mail yesterday.

The T&C's (link) also mention a 2nd "incentive period" running from 8th Mar 24 to 28th Mar 24.

Not sure if I only got this due to my recent switch.

Debating if it's worth doing or not as I'd have to do more transactions than I normally do. I think Amazon top-ups are the easiest way to get a lot of transactions in a short time period?

Seems odd for them to run multiple different rewards/prize schemes at the same time.

OK I did laugh at the thought of "winning" a sausage roll. I guess the guaranteed gift cards are for newer customers - to try and tempt me into using the account long term.

I had the twenty transactions for the prize draw too…..was hopeful of a decent prize, then spotted the Greggs treats. Er, no thank you.

I didn't get a voucher for this, I'm a little annoyed, enough to go back to Chase.

I did this, had the email confirming I met the transactions, chose my voucher and said it will come later. The other day the email did come for me to receive my voucher but it keeps saying "out of stock" Anyone else getting the same?

As you can see from the posts above, most of us got the z-list customer email, also known as the spinning wheel email or Greggs sausage roll email. Did you access your reward within 30 days of receiving the email containing your reward choice?
