Maybe not possible to check? LCPM aren't known for litigation anyway.

I’ve been looking into the old address and unfortunately not. I’ve not lived there for several years and no way of tracking if anything was sent.

However, I know from a SAR that I submitted to the DVLA earlier this year that LCPM haven’t requested my data other than to issue the original PCN several years ago. Nor has anyone acting on their behalf.

I’ve now collated all the evidence I need for my Data Rectification to LCPM. So I’ll get that sent and then get in touch with my former landlord… fun!
