James Villas transferred to Novasol

We booked a holiday with James Villas just before they stopped trading and were told the holiday would be transferred to Novasol. Some time later we received the notification from Novasol, but the cost of the holiday had increased. I subsequently contacted Novasol  via their chatbot (as i was unable to find any other means of communication with them) to question this, and was told to send my query via email. I have received no reply. The final payment date is rapidly approaching now, and the information on my booking information is still showing the increased price. I thought it was supposed to be a direct transfer of holiday. Has anyone else experienced this?
