Euro Parking Collection Plc (Fine From Portugal 4 Years ago!)

I have been searching the forum and the general gist seems to be to ignore Euro Parking Collection Plc however I wanted to ask if I have already called them to query the parking charge and written an email / representation does this change my position. The letter I received stated they sent me a letter which gave me 28 days to pay/make representation but I didn't revive a letter like this.

Tolls is £9.50
Admin fee £8
Admin Cost 28.50

Total: £46

I will post my email to them on the next post and then delete it after (I think from what I understand it isn't a good thing if they do identify me from this forum?)

Upon receiving the recent fine notice, I promptly contacted the provided number to seek clarification and resolution. According to the information provided over the phone, this pertains to a fine issued four years ago in Portugal. I want to assure you that I am more than willing to address this matter responsibly, but I face several challenges in doing so.

Firstly, I was advised to review any pictures related to the violation on the website. However, when attempting to access the pictures through the designated "contact, then view pictures" section, I encounter a technical issue with a blue question mark, preventing me from viewing any relevant images.

Secondly, I was instructed to provide documentation or contact the car rental company associated with the vehicle during that period. Unfortunately, I have no recollection of the rental company's name, as it was a smaller establishment near the hotel where I stayed. Regrettably, I did not retain any paperwork from that transaction over the years.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in providing me with the original credit agreement and proof of the toll violation. This information will greatly aid me in understanding the nature of the fine and allow me to address it appropriately.

I understand the importance of resolving this matter promptly and am committed to cooperating fully to ensure a fair and just resolution. Please advise on the next steps I should take to obtain the necessary documentation or information.
