yet they don't do something as simple as provide the postage label when collecting your parcel.0

Issue I have with them is 4 of the last 5 parcels I received last week were delivered to local shop. Typically seems to be this one lad who seemingly can't be bothered (no issue re parking or entry to building etc). Other driver I get is fine.
Not that the driver will know what's in a package, but some things are pennies and others in the £100s which would concern me if I'm the sender in case of damage, swap out items etc.
I used to use Interlink when I sold computers (whom were excellent re both cost, insurance, tracking etc to both my customers and me if anything were awry) who were then bought over by DPD. Once I moved over to DPD I could see things slowly becoming worse. Shame but another case of too little butter over too much bread imo.0 -
