Lease Company Paid Fine

Hi, I have had a company lease vehicle since May. Recently I received a PCN which had already been paid along with administration fees. This PCN was for entering a no motor vehicle road (which is only no vehicles between 8am-9am). This was central London and very busy so I had no time to read the sign before being able to bail out of the turn safely. There were also pedestrians moving towards the crossing (seen in PCN pictures) which were potential hazards. Also a van closely following me from the other direction who had turned also into the road. My confusion was that I had parked in that location all week but because of traffic I was taken a different route. I entered the zone at 08:07am. I would have liked to have appealed the decision. My contract states I will pay any fines I incur with vehicle, which I would oblige to given fair judgement on said fines. I’m unhappy the lease company has paid the charge; my company said they have a policy with the lease company where they pay the lowest fee for fine/charge and it’s recovered from me (loosely what I have gathered as I have never seen this nor received T&C’s). The charge was paid before it reached my employer, who then informed me. This means I have no chance to appeal. I’m wondering if I have any options moving forward and whether it’s worth appealing?

If the fine has been paid you can't appeal it, but personally I would be creating all sorts of mayhem with the lazy useless lease company, they take the easy way out, less admin, less problems and they cream off an admin fee too.

Since we specialise here on MSE with parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies, you would be better taking this over to the council and police motoring experts at ftla.uk or pepipoo.comI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I did see this information on another thread about pepipoo.com but not the other. I had issues signing up to pepipoo so came on this forum as a last resort. Will try ftla.uk and see if there’s any help comes from this post. Appreciate your help and guidance!0
